In collaboration with the AIRR Community, we are pleased to announce the sixth and seventh COVID-19 AIRR-seq studies available for searching and download in the AIRR Data Commons and through the iReceptor Gateway. 3.9 M annotated sequences from SARS-CoV-2 epitopes are recognized by a public and diverse repertoire of human T-cell receptors and 13 K annotated mouse sequences from A Potently Neutralizing Antibody Protects Mice against SARS-CoV-2 Infection have been loaded into the AIRR COVID-19 repository and are now available through the iReceptor Gateway.
In order to access this and other COVID-19 data in the AIRR Data Commons, simply go to the iReceptor Gateway Repertoire Metadata page (sorry, an account is required) and type "COV" in the full text search box! Note searching for COVID will not work, as one of the studies is a mouse study and therefore is SARS-CoV2 specific but not COVID specific in the metadata! If you would like an account on the iReceptor Scientific Gateway please contact us at support@ireceptor.org.
