In collaboration with the AIRR Community, we are pleased to announce the tenth COVID-19 AIRR-seq study available for searching and download in the AIRR Data Commons and through the iReceptor Gateway. 542 M annotated sequences from Nolan et. al. A large-scale database of T-cell receptor beta (TCRβ) sequences and binding associations from natural and synthetic exposure to SARS-CoV-2 have been loaded into the AIRR COVID-19 repository and are now available through the iReceptor Gateway.Note: This data comes from the Adaptive ImmuneRace project, and is represented as 7 studies in the AIRR Data Commons, a different study for each of the data sets from the independent data sources in the ImmuneRace project.
