10X Genomics Canada presented a webinar entitled "Crucial Applications of Single Cell Gene Expression and Immune Profiling for Infectious Disease Research" on November 17th, 2021. Canadian researchers discussed the utility of single cell technologies to advance infectious disease research, highlighting how the scientific community can respond to such events.
The iReceptor team from Simon Fraser University presented "Fair Data Curation of Antibody/B-cell and T-cell Receptor Sequences in the AIRR Data Commons Promotes Rapid Response to COVID-19." This presentation highlighted our work on COVID-19 AIRR-seq studies, both from patients and newly vaccinated individuals. 10X Genomics and Simon Fraser University are members of the iReceptor Plus consortium.
