Excited to announce a sixth international repository in the AIRR Community AIRR Data Commons (ADC), now searchable through the iReceptor Gateway. Excited to collaborate with the Scheepers group at the HIV & SARS-CoV-2 Virology Section, National Institute for Communicable Diseases (NICD) in South Africa.
This includes the addition of 38M annotated sequences from Scheepers et al. "Antibody Isotype Switching as a Mechanism to Counter HIV Neutralization Escape", which are now available in the NICD ADC repository and searchable through the iReceptor Gateway.
