Excited to announce a seventh international repository in the AIRR Community AIRR Data Commons (ADC), now searchable through the iReceptor Gateway. Excited to collaborate with the Schwab group at the University of Meunster, Germany to make this happen!
This includes the addition of 3.6M annotated sequences from Schwab et al. "CD8+ T-cell pathogenicity in Rasmussen encephalitis elucidated by large-scale T-cell receptor sequencing", which are now available in the Schwab Lab ADC repository and searchable through the iReceptor Gateway.
Only three weeks after repository #6, excited to announce repository #7 coming on line in the @airr_community #AIRRDataCommons, accessible through @ireceptorgw. Great working with @Schwab_Lab at University of Muenster, Germany to make this happen!
