Our seventh T1D study has been added to the AIRR Data Commons, searchable through the iReceptor Gateway. 198K annotated T-cell receptors by Sally Kent et al. "Islet-derived, in vitro polyclonally expanded T cell Sequencing" from nPOD samples by the Kent Lab at the UMass Chan Diabetes Center of Excellence. This continues our exciting T1D data curation collaboration with The Sugar Science group, the Aaron Michels Lab (University of Colorado), and the Todd Brusko Lab (University of Florida) among others.
