The first iReceptor paper has been published in Immunological Reviews. Entitled "iReceptor: A platform for querying and analyzing antibody/B‐cell and T‐cell receptor repertoire data across federated repositories" the paper discusses the need for such a system, the overall approach and architecture, as well as a number of use cases for the platform.
