All studies: Study title (study_title) was updated for all studies to include the last name of the first author to facilitate searching. Field Study Contact was added (emerging AIRR field) that lists a contact person for each study was added. Lab name and Lab address were updated for consistency.

From 18:00 August 24 to 08:00 August 25 IPA3 was down. During this time 452 Million sequence annotations from Zvyagin et al "Tracking T-cell immune reconstitution after TCRαβ/CD19-depleted hematopoietic cells transplantation in children" were unavailable. All services are now back on line.
AIRR TSV downloads that occurred before 2019-10-16 would have contained a correct Junction NT Length (AIRR field junction_length) but the junction NT sequence (AIRR field junction) would have been returned as a empty string in the AIRR TSV download file. This problem has been fixed. The problem would have occurred for all studies. Note that the AA junction (AIRR field junction_aa) and AA junction length (AIRR filed junction_aa_length) were returned correctly.

An error in the value of Junction AA length and Junction NT length on IPA3 has been discovered. The error manifested itself as reporting a AA Junction Length of 3 (NT Junction Length of 9) when there was no Junction (the proper AA Junction Length would be 0). The study affected is Zvyagin "Tracking T-cell immune reconstitution after TCRαβ/CD19-depleted hematopoietic cells transplantation in children". This error may have caused erroneous results to have been returned if Junction AA length queries were issued between 2019-01-24 and 2019-07-29. Only Junction AA lengths of 0 (under reported) and 3 (over reported) were incorrect, all other Junction AA lengths were not affected. There are 6394699 annotated sequences (out of ~452 million annotated sequences) that were effected and have now been fixed.
