Palanichamy et al., Study ID PRJNA248411 - The Subject ID (subject_id) field was incorrectly set for this study. Subjects had samples from multiple tissues and the subject_id was incorrectly assigned the same ID as the Sample (sample_id). For example, the PBMC and CSF samples from Subject 43113 has both subject_id and sample_id incorrectly set to 43113_PBMC and 43113_CSF. This has been corrected for all subjects to be subject_id = 43113 with two sample_ids, 43113_PBMC and 43113_CSF

DeKosky et al., Study ID PRJNA260556 - Metadata and sequence data for this study have been removed from IPA1. The data is still available in the AIRR Data Commons, as the data was stored on both IPA1 and VDJServer.

All studies: Study title (study_title) was updated for all studies to include the last name of the first author to facilitate searching. Field Study Contact was added (emerging AIRR field) that lists a contact person for each study was added. Lab name and Lab address were updated for consistency.

PRJNA368623: An error in the study title and publication link as corrected, updated study_title to "Stereotyped antibody responses target posttranslationally modified gluten in celiac disease" and the pub_id to "PMID: 28878138"
PRJEB8745 and PRJNA275625 - updated study_type to "Animal Study" and the ontology ID to "NCIT:C93130" as per the AIRR recommendations. This was formally a Case/Control study but the Ontology reserves this study type for human subjects only.
For the following studies, the software_versions incorrectly recorded that the repertoire was annotated with igblast v1.8.0 when the annotation was done with IMGT/V-QUEST (either v3.4.17, v3.4.15, v3.4.13, v3.4.11, v3.4.8, v3.4.3). The software_versions for the following studies were updated to fix this problem:

AIRR TSV downloads that occurred before 2019-10-16 would have contained a correct Junction NT Length (AIRR field junction_length) but the junction NT sequence (AIRR field junction) would have been returned as a empty string in the AIRR TSV download file. This problem has been fixed. The problem would have occurred for all studies. Note that the AA junction (AIRR field junction_aa) and AA junction length (AIRR filed junction_aa_length) were returned correctly.
