- Software updated from old IPA software to iReceptor Turnkey v4.0. No data changes. IP number changed from 206.12.90.115 to 206.12.96.70.
- 2022-12-07
- All studies: Updated to adhere to the AIRR v1.4 standard specification. See iReceptor v4.0 data provenance for more details.
- 2021-03-04
- Stern et al., Study ID PRJNA248475 - Metadata and sequence data for this study have been removed from IPA4. The data is still available in the AIRR Data Commons, as the data was stored on both IPA4 and VDJServer.
- 2021-02-04
- All studies: Study title (study_title) was updated for all studies to include the last name of the first author to facilitate searching. Field Study Contact was added (emerging AIRR field) that lists a contact person for each study was added. Lab name and Lab address were updated for consistency.
- 2020-06-12
- Jia et al, Study ID PRJNA506151: The "Target Substrate" (AIRR field template_class) was changed from "gDNA" to reflect the AIRR standard controlled vocabulary "DNA". This change was applied to all 57 repertoires in this study.
- 2020-06-04
- Upgrade to v1.3 of the AIRR specification and iReceptor v3.0. For more details see the iReceptor v3.0 data provenance page.

- For the following study, the software_versions incorrectly recorded that the repertoire was annotated with igblast v1.8.0 when the annotation was done with IMGT/V-QUEST (v3.4.15). The software_versions for this study was updated to fix this problem:
- Stern et al., Study ID PRJNA248475
- 2019-10-16
- AIRR TSV downloads that occurred before 2019-10-16 would have contained a correct Junction NT Length (AIRR field junction_length) but the junction NT sequence (AIRR field junction) would have been returned as a empty string in the AIRR TSV download file. This problem has been fixed. The problem would have occurred for all studies. Note that the AA junction (AIRR field junction_aa) and AA junction length (AIRR filed junction_aa_length) were returned correctly.

- "Productive" reads labelled as "functional" in Stern, et al. "B cells populating the multiple sclerosis brain mature in the draining cervical lymph nodes"- this has been corrected.
- 2019-07-29
- paired_reads_assembly: Changed to follow AIRR Community naming conventions- was previously paired_read_assembly for all studies

- Internal query optimizations that were causing issues (reported 2019-07-03) have been fixed. 181M annotated sequences from Sims, et al. "Diversity and divergence of the glioma-infiltrating T-cell receptor repertoire.", Jia, et al. "Local mutational diversity drives intratumoral immune heterogeneity in non-small cell lung cancer., and Stern, et al. "B cells populating the multiple sclerosis brain mature in the draining cervical lymph nodes" that were taken offline on 2019-07-03 are now back online.
- 2019-07-03
- 181M annotated sequences temporarily taken off line while a data inconsistency in internal query optimizations are fixed. Searches on gene family (e.g. IGHV1-02) and gene (e.g. IGHV1) would have returned incorrect results (searches would return no results) for some studies from 2019-06-21 to 2019-07-03. Searches for alleles (e.g. IGHV1-2*03) would have returned correct results. The studies impacted by this error were Sims, et al. "Diversity and divergence of the glioma-infiltrating T-cell receptor repertoire.", Jia, et al. "Local mutational diversity drives intratumoral immune heterogeneity in non-small cell lung cancer.". The Stern, et al. "B cells populating the multiple sclerosis brain mature in the draining cervical lymph nodes" study has also been taken offline while the problem is fixed, but searches on this study would have returned the correct results during the above time period. We expect these studies to be back on line soon.
