iReceptor v4.0 is here!
We are proud to announce the release of iReceptor v4.0, implementing the AIRR v1.4 specification, including new Single Cell capabilities. See the iReceptor v4.0 release document for more details on the many new capabilities and our Documentation pages on how to use these capabilities.

We are also excited to announce the first single cell study in the ADC, with 118K annotated sequences, 30K clones, and 66K cells added from Yost, et al. "Clonal replacement of tumor-specific T cells following PD-1 blockade"
