The iReceptor v3.0 upgrade implements the recently released AIRR v1.3 standard. All repositories in the iReceptor Public Archive have been upgraded.

The iReceptor Gateway and the iReceptor Public Archive (IPA1 through IPA5) will be down for maintenance and a software upgrade from 11:00 - 15:00 Pacific time, June 4th.

Members of the iReceptor team are hacking throughout the weekend on a project called “Adaptive ImmunoSeq Repository as part of the ./hackseq-rna virtual COVID-19 Ultra Hackathon. Microsoft and Adaptive Biotechnologies are exploring how the immune system responds to COVID-19 and the 3 day goal is to develop a tool to query the Adaptive ImmunoSeq repository (using their WebAPIs), download data, and convert it to the standard AIRR-seq data formats for Repertoires and Rearrangements.
The iReceptor Gateway and repositories experienced a short outage due to networking problems on our service provider Compute Canada. All services were down from 12:16 - 14:57 Pacific time on 2020/05/07. All systems and services are back on line.
In collaboration with the AIRR Community and in response to the AIRR Community's call for sharing COVID-19 related AIRR-seq data the iReceptor Project has prepared an iReceptor Turnkey Repository and the project team is prepared to curate public COVID-19 data on behalf of the community.
