Eighth COVID-19 AIRR-seq study available on iReceptor Gateway

In collaboration with the AIRR Community, we are pleased to announce the eighth COVID-19 AIRR-seq studies available for searching and download in the AIRR Data Commons and through the iReceptor Gateway. 3.4 M annotated sequences from Kim et. al Stereotypic Neutralizing VH Clonotypes Against SARS-CoV-2 RBD in COVID-19 Patients and the Healthy Population have been loaded into the AIRR COVID-19 repository and are now available through the iReceptor Gateway.

Fifth COVID-19 AIRR-seq study available on iReceptor Gateway

In collaboration with the AIRR Community, we are pleased to announce the fifth COVID-19 AIRR-seq study available for searching and download in the AIRR Data Commons and through the iReceptor Gateway. 13.5 M annotated sequences from Schultheiß et al. "Next Generation Sequencing of T and B cell receptor repertoires from COVID-19 patients showed signatures associated with severity of disease" have been loaded into the AIRR COVID-19 repository and are now available through the iReceptor Gateway.

Fourth COVID-19 AIRR-seq study available on iReceptor Gateway

In collaboration with the AIRR Community, we are pleased to announce the fourth COVID-19 AIRR-seq study available for searching and download in the AIRR Data Commons and through the iReceptor Gateway. 66.9 M annotated sequences from Nature Medicine by Liao et al. "Single-cell Landscape of Bronchoalveolar Immune Cells in Patients With COVID-19" have been loaded into the AIRR COVID-19 repository and are now available through the iReceptor Gateway.

Third COVID-19 AIRR-seq study available on iReceptor Gateway

In collaboration with the AIRR Community, we are pleased to announce the third COVID-19 AIRR-seq study available for searching and download in the AIRR Data Commons and through the iReceptor Gateway. 3.7 M annotated sequences from the Galson et al. pre-print "Deep sequencing of B cell receptor repertoires from COVID-19 patients reveals strong convergent immune signatures" have been loaded into the AIRR COVID-19 repository.

Second COVID-19 AIRR-seq study available on iReceptor Gateway

In collaboration with the AIRR Community, we are pleased to announce the second COVID-19 AIRR-seq study available for searching and download through the iReceptor Gateway. 87 Million annotated sequences from the pre-press paper Longitudinal high-throughput TCR repertoire profiling reveals the dynamics of T cell memory formation after mild COVID-19 infection from Minervina, et al. have been loaded into the AIRR COVID-19 repository.
